Harmo Brain Official Website / Disclaimer
DisclaimerHarmo Brain Disclaimer: What the Supplement, the Research and the Reviews Can Tell You
Harmo Brain is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Its statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The research cited on this website studied single ingredients, usually at larger amounts, and the reviews are this desk's buyers' own words, not typical results.
Below: the FDA statement, the artwork, the research, the reviews and our role.

The Harmo Brain FDA statement
One sentence on the label, and what it tells you.
“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
What it means
Harmo Brain is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold (FDA questions and answers on supplements); the maker is responsible for what the label says.
Why it is there
A supplement label may describe how an ingredient relates to the body's normal structure or function, and any such statement carries the sentence above (FDA rules on structure/function claims). That is why it sits on the label and at the foot of every page here.
Harmo Brain artwork versus the Harmo Brain label
What the bottle prints, what the supplier says, and what the artwork adds.
Three sources, one reference
Three different sources describe Harmo Brain, and they say different amounts. The bottle's front prints three things: Harmo Brain, 30 Capsules and Dietary Supplement. The supplier describes the formula as a mitochondrial and circulatory formula, which is the plain reading of its three mitochondrial names and one circulatory name.
The seller's key visuals go further, with four printed lines beside the bottle. This website quotes those lines as the seller's, in the caption of the picture that carries them, and never adopts them as its own description of the capsule.
Where the three disagree, the label wins: it is the one printed on every bottle, and the only one the capsules are packed against.
Harmo Brain and the research cited
The published work behind each material, kept apart from the label.
Every amount below is the amount a published study used. The Harmo Brain panel prints magnesium at 80 mg and the six-ingredient blend at 575 mg in total, so no research figure here describes what one capsule holds.
| Ingredient | What published research used or found | What this label prints |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium (as glycinate) | 310–420 mg a day from all sources for adults; 350 mg a day is the upper limit from supplements | 80 mg magnesium, 19% DV |
| Alpha lipoic acid | 600, 1,200 and 1,800 mg a day in ten trials (1,242 people) of diabetic polyneuropathy | Share of the 575 mg blend |
| Butcher's broom root extract | The German monograph’s recommended daily dose of a ruscus extract, 12 weeks, in women with chronic venous insufficiency | Share of the 575 mg blend |
| L-carnitine | 1.5 g a day for 10 weeks in prefrail older adults | Share of the 575 mg blend |
| Turmeric extract, 95% curcuminoids | 90 mg of curcumin twice a day, in a bioavailable form, for 18 months | Share of the 575 mg blend |
| Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) | Two blood-pressure trials pooled by Cochrane, 50 people with primary hypertension, found no clinically significant effect; absorption peaks about six hours after a dose | Share of the 575 mg blend |
Several of these studies were run in people with a diagnosis: diabetic polyneuropathy, chronic venous insufficiency, primary hypertension, prefrailty. The results stay with those groups.
What the research can and cannot say
No clinical trial of Harmo Brain as a finished product is cited on this website. The research here studied individual ingredients, usually at larger amounts, and often in people with a diagnosis. It explains why each material is on a label like this one; it does not measure what this capsule does.
The rows draw on the NIH magnesium fact sheet, a 2023 meta-analysis of alpha lipoic acid, a placebo-controlled butcher’s broom trial, an L-carnitine trial in prefrail older adults, an 18-month curcumin trial, a Cochrane review of CoQ10 and a review of how CoQ10 is absorbed.
Harmo Brain reviews and results
Buyers' words, reported as buyers gave them.
Where the reviews come from
The score, the star split and the roster on the reviews page are this desk's own order records: 930 written reviews against 7,073 orders. Review lines are supplied by buyers and describe their own experiences.
What they are not
They are not typical results or a promise that anyone will experience the same. Individual results vary, and food, sleep and activity still matter. The money-back guarantee is a purchase policy, not a medical promise.
Harmo Brain, medicines and medical care
The label's own caution, and where the detail lives.
The label's caution, in full: “Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.”
Harmo Brain is for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, turmeric and magnesium each carry a known medicine or liver note. They are set out, with their sources, on the side effects and safety page.
A change in memory, energy or concentration that worries you is a reason to be assessed by a clinician, not a reason to start a capsule.
The seals on the Harmo Brain artwork
Four of the ten marks, and what any mark on the artwork can tell you.
What a seal can and cannot say
The ten seals on the artwork are the seller's statements. Good Manufacturing Practice describes an audited process; Registered Facility is a listing, not an approval; the rest describe origin, sourcing and diet, or make a promise to the buyer. None of them is a clinical result.
Each of the ten is read against the label on the testing and quality page.
The Harmo Brain desk's role and interest
Who is writing, and what they earn.
A retailer
Harmoebrain is the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer, a licensed U.S. retail desk, not the manufacturer. Product facts on this website follow the printed label; this desk does not formulate or label the capsule.
An interest, stated
The order link is a sponsored link, and this website earns on orders placed through it. The FTC guidance for health products sets the evidence standard for health claims in advertising, and these pages are written to it.
The pictures on the Harmo Brain website
Every picture is the seller's, and every caption says what it shows.
| Picture | Where it comes from | What the caption adds |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle and pack shots | The seller's product photography | How many bottles and capsules each pack holds |
| The label laid flat | The printed label artwork | Where the panel, the suggested use and the caution sit |
| Key visuals | The seller's advertising artwork | The printed lines, quoted as the seller's, and what the panel backs |
| Listing scenes | The seller's artwork for marketplaces | What each scene shows, and how it maps to the label |
| Seals and payment marks | The seller's artwork | What each mark can and cannot tell a buyer |
No picture on this website shows a result or a before-and-after, and the people in the listing scenes are part of the seller's artwork, not reviewers.
Keeping the Harmo Brain pages accurate
The label first, and a date on every page.
Read the bottle you received
The bottle you receive is the reference for what it contains. If its label ever reads differently from a page here, trust the label and tell us.
Corrections go to contact@Harmoebrain.com. They are made on the page itself, and the review date at the foot of the page moves forward. This page was last reviewed on September 22, 2026.
Who writes the Harmo Brain disclaimer
How these pages are checked
- The bottle is the source. The six materials, the two amounts, the capsule count, the suggested use and the caution come from the printed label and its Supplement Facts panel. Contacts, the guarantee and the refund route come from this desk.
- Research amounts live in a column of their own, headed “What published research used or found”, beside a column that says what this label prints. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
- Sources are cited against their own population. Where a trial was run in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
- Corrections change the date. Write to contact@Harmoebrain.com and the review date moves forward.
Why we say where we earn
Harmoebrain is the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website earns on orders placed through it. That is why the label arithmetic, the three-star review and the medication notes are printed here in full: they are where our interest and yours could pull apart.
Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds and is never a way to place an order; orders go through the checkout only.
