Harmo Brain Supplement Facts: The Label, Line by Line

Quick answer

The Harmo Brain panel sets one capsule as the serving and 30 servings to the bottle. It prints magnesium at 80 mg, 19% of the Daily Value, as magnesium glycinate from the proprietary blend, then a 575 mg blend of magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher’s broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and CoQ10. Five other ingredients make up the vegetable capsule.

Below: the panel as text, each line explained, the blend arithmetic, and the caution beside it.

Two Harmo Brain bottles, each label reading 30 Capsules, Dietary Supplement
Two bottles, sixty servings: the panel’s thirty per container, twice.

Read a Supplement Facts panel from the top down. The serving size comes first, and every amount beneath it is per serving: here, per capsule.

Next comes each ingredient that has its own amount, with its percentage of the Daily Value. On this panel that is magnesium alone, at 80 mg and 19%.

Then the proprietary blend: one total, 575 mg, followed by the names inside it. The five other ingredients sit below the box. They are the capsule and the manufacturing aids, not part of the blend.

The panel beside this text is typed from the artwork above, word for word, so it can be read at any size and by a screen reader.

How a blend has to be printed

The federal rule for Supplement Facts panels, 21 CFR 101.36, has a proprietary blend print its total weight and list its ingredients in descending order of weight. That is why magnesium glycinate comes first and CoQ10 last here, and it is the rule that makes the arithmetic below possible.

Dosage analysis

The Harmo Brain blend arithmetic, worked through

Two printed numbers and one molecular weight are enough to set the limits of the blend.

80 ÷ 0.141about 567 mg of pure magnesium glycinate
575 − 567about 8 mg for five names, if pure
1stmagnesium glycinate’s place in the blend
6thCoQ10’s place: the smallest share

The 80 mg of magnesium comes from the magnesium glycinate inside the 575 mg blend. Pure magnesium glycinate is 14.1% magnesium by weight, so 80 mg of magnesium would take about 567 mg of the compound and leave about 8 mg for the other five names. The label does not say which grade of magnesium glycinate is used, and some grades carry more magnesium per milligram, so the exact split cannot be worked out from the panel. The ceiling can: alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and CoQ10 share whatever the magnesium glycinate leaves of 575 mg.

The 14.1% is the share of magnesium in the compound’s molecular weight, 172.42 g/mol in PubChem's record for magnesium glycinate, of which magnesium is about 24.3.

If the grade used carries more magnesium per milligram, less compound is needed to reach 80 mg and more of the blend is left for the other five. So the honest range runs from about 8 mg upward, and the ceiling is fixed: 575 mg minus whatever the glycinate takes.

What it means for a buyer: magnesium is the one ingredient here at a stated, meaningful daily amount. The other five are present as a combination at modest amounts, and the panel’s order tells you which of them is largest. The full working is in Six Ingredients Share 575 mg.

Research beside the panel

Harmo Brain panel amounts next to published research

Each name on the panel has a research record of its own. Here they sit side by side with what the label prints.

Two kinds of number

Every amount in the research column is the amount a published study used. The Harmo Brain panel prints magnesium at 80 mg and the six-ingredient blend at 575 mg in total, so no research figure here describes what one capsule holds.

Harmo Brain panel amounts beside the research amounts
IngredientWhat published research used or foundWhat this label prints
Magnesium (as glycinate)310–420 mg a day from all sources for adults; 350 mg a day is the upper limit from supplements80 mg magnesium, 19% DV
Alpha lipoic acid600, 1,200 and 1,800 mg a day in ten trials (1,242 people) of diabetic polyneuropathyShare of the 575 mg blend
Butcher's broom root extractThe German monograph’s recommended daily dose of a ruscus extract, 12 weeks, in women with chronic venous insufficiencyShare of the 575 mg blend
L-carnitine1.5 g a day for 10 weeks in prefrail older adultsShare of the 575 mg blend
Turmeric extract, 95% curcuminoids90 mg of curcumin twice a day, in a bioavailable form, for 18 monthsShare of the 575 mg blend
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)Two blood-pressure trials pooled by Cochrane, 50 people with primary hypertension, found no clinically significant effect; absorption peaks about six hours after a doseShare of the 575 mg blend

Reading the research column

The research column is not a target this capsule is trying to hit. Most of those studies were run in people with a diagnosis: diabetic polyneuropathy for alpha lipoic acid (Hsieh 2023), chronic venous insufficiency for butcher’s broom (Vanscheidt 2002), prefrail older adults for L-carnitine (Badrasawi 2016) and primary hypertension for CoQ10 (Ho 2016). The curcumin trial is the one run in healthy adults, aged 51 to 84, with a bioavailable formulation (Small 2018).

Magnesium is the exception in the other direction: its research figure is a daily need rather than a trial dose, and the 80 mg on this panel is a direct fraction of it (NIH ODS).

The rest of the label

The Harmo Brain label’s use, caution and storage lines

Four short blocks of text sit to the left of the panel. Together they are the whole of the label’s instructions.

Suggested use

“As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.” The label names no hour, so the best time is one you will keep.

Caution

“Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.”

Storage

“Store this product in a cool dry place below 30°C (86°F).” A kitchen cupboard away from the stove is better than a steamy bathroom.

Seal and children

“Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.”

The FDA statement on the label

“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.” This is the standard statement a dietary supplement carries; the FDA explains it as the notice that goes with statements about how nutrients act in the body, and supplements are not reviewed by the agency before they are sold.

Codes and references

Harmo Brain lot, certificate and label codes

Three references appear around this product. Here is what each one is.

Lot and certificate reference

This desk files the stock it holds under lot HAR-26/HA-3723 and certificate reference HAR-3723-26-HA. They are filing references: quote them to order support when you match an order, and they tie a bottle you receive to the stock this desk sold.

They are not a laboratory result, and no lab letter is published for them. Verify your bottle sets out how to check what arrived.

The code beside the panel

The label artwork carries a code printed vertically beside the panel: ENB_234_02_111725. It is part of the printed artwork; its meaning is not explained on the label, so this page reports it as printed and does not read it as a lot or a batch.

When a bottle shows a lot and a best-before date, they are usually on the base. Those, not the artwork code, are what to quote.

Questions

Harmo Brain Supplement Facts questions

What is the serving size of Harmo Brain?

One capsule. The panel sets 1 capsule as the serving and 30 servings to the bottle, and the label directs one capsule daily.

Why does the Harmo Brain panel show two amounts?

Magnesium is declared as a mineral, with its own amount and Daily Value: 80 mg, 19%. The other five names sit in a proprietary blend, which the federal labelling rule lets a maker print as one total, 575 mg, as long as the names appear in order of weight.

What does 19% DV mean on the Harmo Brain label?

It is 80 mg of magnesium measured against the 420 mg Daily Value used on US labels. The rest of your magnesium is expected to come from food.

Where is the lot number on a Harmo Brain bottle?

When a bottle shows a lot and best-before date they are usually on the base. This desk’s filing reference for its stock is lot HAR-26/HA-3723; quote either to order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 when matching an order.

Does Harmo Brain contain gluten, dairy or gelatin?

None of the eleven ingredients on the label is a gluten grain or a dairy ingredient, and the capsule is hypromellose, a vegetable capsule, not gelatin. The artwork carries gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian seals.

Who writes this

Who checks the Harmo Brain label pages

How these pages are checked

  1. The bottle is the source. The six materials, the two amounts, the capsule count, the suggested use and the caution come from the printed label and its Supplement Facts panel. Contacts, the guarantee and the refund route come from this desk.
  2. Research amounts live in a column of their own, headed “What published research used or found”, beside a column that says what this label prints. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
  3. Sources are cited against their own population. Where a trial was run in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
  4. Corrections change the date. Write to contact@Harmoebrain.com and the review date moves forward.

Why we say where we earn

Harmoebrain is the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website earns on orders placed through it. That is why the label arithmetic, the three-star review and the medication notes are printed here in full: they are where our interest and yours could pull apart.

Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds and is never a way to place an order; orders go through the checkout only.
